Shipment Policy

Shipment Processing Time

In-stock order: Wthin 24 hours, but not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Pre-order & Custom order: Usually, within 3 days. Custom orders may take longer. Please contact us to confirm the delivery time before your order.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Delivery Time

From USA: USA orders usually be shipped from our NJ's warehouse. When the local warehouse is insufficient due to logistics or other reasons, it will be shipped from China.
Fres Shipping: 2-5 working days.
Expedited Shipping ($20): 1-3 working days.

From China: Orders outside the USA & Pre-order & Custom orders.
Shipping methods: DHL, FedEx.
Time: 5-7 Days.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

We will send you the tracking number by E-mail if there is an E-mail with your information. If there is no tracking number information please contact us at customerservice@daixidreadology.com to get your tracking number and delivery information.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order shipped to United States. For more value parcel, please check us the customs policy before your order.

 

Defective, Damages and Lost

We are responsible for any products defective, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures once you get the parcel and email us at customerservice@daixidreadology.com including your order number. If the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial or full refund. If the product is damaged or lost, we will send you a new package for free.
