Expedited Shipping

This service cannot be applied to custom orders and pre-orders.

Normally, we ship for free, about 2-5 days for delivery use USPS/UPS. For urgent customers, expedited shipping service is available.

According to different address, the time required for transportation is also different. Please email our of the expected receipt time before/after placing the order, to avoid exceeding your expectation.

If there are any special circumstances, we will confirm with you by email, and the shipment will be suspended until the confirmation reply is received.

If you do not tell us the expected time of receipt and do not reply to the confirmation email for more than one day, we will choose the appropriate and faster express delivery according to your expenses.

The transportation time mentioned in the communication is the estimated time provided by the express company, which may be faster or 1-2 days later, and the package will not be delivered on Saturday and Sunday. Please plan the time.

For those who need to ensure signature, you can choose Signature Service:

• Signature Service: Usually there is no signature service for free shipping and expedited express. If the situation around your address is complicated, or you have just moved to a new home, in order to ensure that the courier is not randomly placed, you may consider adding a signature service. 

Depending on the receiving address, the courier service and cost that can provide signature services are also different. Please consult by email before placing an order.
